Waylon Bryson Joins Kilpatrick Townsend in Raleigh

RALEIGH (APRIL 10) – Kilpatrick Townsend announced today the addition of Waylon Bryson to the Raleigh office as an Associate on the Investment Management and Broker-Dealer Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance, & Real Estate Department. 

Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Mr. Bryson provided legal counsel, including strategy involving  regulatory investigations, financial regulation, cross-border, and related compliance issues, for Credit Suisse.

Mr. Bryson earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Washington State University.
